How I built the AI Brain my business runs on

My business runs on one AI Brain: over a hundred documents with our offers, prices, policies and decisions. Here's the build, step by step.

1. One Start here. Every person and agent reads it first: what's where, and which document wins when two disagree.
2. Folders by job. The business plan, clients, campaigns, content, sales, reports, and a Public folder.
3. One topic per document. Each heading is a question, and the first sentence answers it. A date on anything that can go stale.
4. A decisions log. Newest first, one line each, with who decided.
5. Agents connect through the MCP server. They read, and they propose changes. I approve from my phone.
6. The inbox comes in too. Email and DMs in one place. AI drafts the reply, and a person sends it.
7. New answers go in the moment I have them. From my phone: a new document, paste, save. A screenshot of a price sheet becomes text my agents can read.
