Is Ownbox ready for an agency today?
Yes. Your Ownbox arrives running on its own server, with the Shared Brain, a dashboard and phone app, and the Morning Review. Ownbox Core adds your choice of the Unified Inbox, which drafts a reply to every prospect and client message for your OK, or the SEO Machine, which answers your prospects' questions on your own website. Ownbox Pro comes with both. It's $799 once, with your login by email about five minutes after you pay. Managed Support (hosting, updates and backups) is free for 90 days, then $99 a month.
Can we build our own machines?
Yes. A custom machine adds one job to your Ownbox, such as client onboarding or each client's monthly report. Your team or your developer writes it with the free SDK, you approve it twice, once to test and once to install, and it runs in a locked space that can do only what you allowed.
Can we build machines for our clients?
Yes. A custom machine you build can be sent to each client's own Ownbox, and that client approves it before it installs. Approved agencies can co-brand eligible solutions and join the 40% Partner tier of Earn with Ownbox.
Does each client get their own Ownbox?
Yes. Each business that buys Ownbox gets one of its own, on a server no other business shares, so one client's records never sit beside another's, and the client owns its data.
Where does our clients' information live?
On your Ownbox, its own server that no other business shares. The data is yours, the software comes with a perpetual license, and you can move your Ownbox to your own DigitalOcean account whenever you want.
