These terms are between you and AIBM Inc., 120 Newport Center Dr #7030, Newport Beach, CA 92660 (“Ownbox”, “we”, “us”).

What you are buying

  • Ownbox is $799 and Ownbox Pro is $1,899. Both are one-time purchases.
  • Enterprise is priced on a call.

Ownbox Managed

  • Every box comes with its first three months of Managed included.
  • After that, Managed is $99 a month with Ownbox and $199 a month with Ownbox Pro, billed monthly in advance. Enterprise is priced on a call.
  • Managed includes hosting, updates, health monitoring, repairs and backups.
  • Cancel anytime. Your box keeps running for 30 days, then move it to your own DigitalOcean account in one click, or we power it off and keep it safe for you.

What stays yours

  • Your data lives on your box's disk and belongs to you.
  • Your Ownbox runs on your own AI plan (Claude Pro or Max, or ChatGPT Plus, Pro or Business) or your own API key. The providers bill you directly, and we never hold your keys.
  • You pay the platforms you connect directly, under their own terms, and your hosting provider for the server once the box is yours.

Updates

Security updates are free for every box, forever.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
