Commissions

Upfront commissions. Monthly commissions. A 12-month earning window.

Affiliates earn 30%, and approved agency partners earn 40%, on eligible initial machine sales and monthly managed support payments. Monthly support commissions are paid only on qualifying payments within the first 12 months. Commissions do not continue indefinitely. Payouts, exclusions, attribution, refunds, and other conditions are governed by the applicable program agreement.

What affiliates and partners ask first.

How much can one customer pay me?

Up to $507 on Ownbox Core or $1,017 on Pro as an affiliate, and $676 or $1,356 as an approved agency partner: your share of the machine, plus up to 9 paid months of managed support in the customer's first 12 months. There is no limit on how many customers you refer.

What is the difference?

Affiliates refer customers; approved agencies build and sell custom, co-branded solutions.

How long do commissions last?

One commission applies to the eligible initial sale. Eligible monthly managed support commissions are limited to the first 12 months; there are no lifetime recurring commissions.

Who handles support?

Ownbox provides infrastructure and managed support. Agencies remain responsible for their own custom implementations and separately contracted client services.

Can agencies use their own brand?

Yes. Approved agencies can co-brand eligible solutions with Ownbox.

Can agencies charge implementation fees?

Agencies may separately contract for their own professional services, subject to the partner agreement.

How are commissions tracked?

Through Partnero. Your link counts for 60 days after someone clicks it, your Partnero dashboard shows every referral and commission, and approved commissions are paid monthly once they reach $50.

Is approval required?

Affiliate signup is open; the 40% agency tier requires application and approval.

What if a customer gets a refund?

A refunded payment earns no commission.
