Questions
How is this different from the inbox I have?
Your inbox shows you email; this shows you everything a customer can reach you through, in one queue, with the replies drafted. And it runs on a machine you own, so the conversations never become someone else's asset.
How do the drafted replies work?
It reads what came in, writes a reply in your voice, and waits for you to approve or change it. Approval is on by default, and no update we ship can switch it off.

Is my data private?
Your conversations are on your box's disk, and nothing we run can read them. There is nothing for us to sell, share, train on or lose.

Do I have to run the server myself?
Only if you want to. Every box includes three months of Managed; after that it's $99 a month ($199 with Pro), or you take over the machine yourself and keep running it.
Whose AI is it running on?
Yours. You bring your own API key, the provider bills you, and the box spends against a hard monthly ceiling.
What happens if you go out of business?
Your box keeps running, and your data was never ours to lose. Everything on it exports in full, and the machine is yours; it doesn't stop working because we do.
